WANTED: Public Lewdness (Manhattan)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photo wanted for questioning in connection to a public lewdness hat occurred within confines 13th Precinct/Transit District #4. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at approximately 9:40 a.m. a 45-year-old female victim was riding aboard a southbound “L” train when an unidentified male boarded the train in the vicinity of 14th Street and 3rd Avenue and began to manipulate his exposed private parts. The victim was able to take a picture of the individual before he fled train station on foot.

 The individual is described as:

  • An adult male Hispanic, approximately 25-years-old, 5’11”
  • Last seen wearing a large backpack with all dark clothing.
