WANTED: Forcible Touching (Brooklyn)

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to a forcible touching within the confines of the 83 Precinct/Transit District 33. Details are as follows:

 It has been reported to police that on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at approximately 7:35 a.m. in the vicinity of the Wyckoff Avenue and De Kalb Avenue subway station, aboard a Manhattan bound “L” train. A 16 year old female victim felt the hand of an unknown adult male individual touching her behind. When the victim confronted the individual, he fled the train at the incident station, on foot to parts unknown. The victim was able to take cell phone pictures of the individual before he fled.

 He is described as:

  • A male, Hispanic, approximately 25-35 years-old
  • He was seen wearing a dark blue hooded sweat jacket
