Pursuant to ongoing investigation, the New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating the individuals in the attached photographs wanted for questioning in connection with the incident below:

On Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11:42 p.m. in the vicinity of 234 West 42nd Street, a uniformed police officer assigned to the Midtown South Precinct was on foot when he attempted to conduct a car stop of a vehicle driving recklessly at the location. The unidentified operator of the vehicle did not comply and struck the officer before fleeing the location, traveling westbound from 42 Street to 8 Avenue. The officer sustained non-life threatening injuries to his legs and back and he was transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital in stable condition. The vehicle is described as a black 4-door Mercedes Benz sedan. There are no arrests at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
