WANTED: Forcible Touching (Queens)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video and photograph in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 114 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Monday December 18, 2017, at approximately 11:05 p.m. in front of a residential building in the vicinity of Ditmars Boulevard and 38 Street, the individual approached the 31-year-old female victim from behind, put his hand up her skirt and touched her private parts. When the victim confronted the individual, he fled westbound on Ditmars Boulevard.

 The individual is described as:

  • A male Hispanic, 5’7″, 160lbs, with brown eyes and black hair.
  • Last seen wearing a t-shirt, dark colored jeans, black sneakers and he carried a blue coat.
