The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached photo wanted for questioning in connection to a grand larceny that occurred in the confines of the 120th Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Sunday, November 19, 2017, at 2:08 a.m. a 34-year-old female victim met the unidentified male for a dinner date, where he took possession of her credit card to pay for the dinner. Later in the day the victim discovered that her credit card was missing and several charges were made.
The individual is described as:
- A male, Hispanic
- Approximately 30-40 years old, and goes by the name of Antonio Ruiz.
