WANTED: Forcible Touching/Sex Abuse (Manhattan)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video and photos wanted for questioning in connection to a sex abuse that occurred within the confines of the 28th Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Friday, December 22, 2017 at approximately 8:40 p.m. an unidentified individual entered a residential building in the vicinity of Saint Nicholas Avenue and West 119th Street and followed a 43-year-old female victim into the elevator. While inside the elevator, the individual forcibly touched the victim on her buttocks multiple times. The individual fled the elevator on the 5th floor and out of the building. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

 The individual is described as a:

  • Male Black , 25-35 years old, 5’11 to 6’1″
  • Last seen wearing all dark clothing with multi-colored sneakers
