WANTED: Forcible Touching (Queens)

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching within the confines of the 109th Precinct/Transit District 20. Details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at approximately 8:30 p.m. a 25-year-old female victim was ascending the stairs to exit the Main Street and Flushing Avenue subway station on the “7” line, when an unidentified male touched her rear end. The victim was able to take a picture of the male before he fled the station to the street.

The individual is described as:

  • A male Hispanic in his twenties
  • Last seen wearing a black hooded jacket and gray baseball cap
