WANTED: Sex Abuse (Queens)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached sketch in connection to a sex abuse incident that occurred within the confines of the 115 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Thursday September 7, 2017, at approximately 4:00 p.m. the individual followed the 14 year-old female victim from Broadway and 103 Street into 103-04 39 Avenue where he approached her from the rear, touched her privates and kissed her on the lips. The individual then fled out of the building in an unknown direction.

 The individual is described as:

  •  A male white, in his 20s, 5’6″, slim build, black hair and blue eyes; last seen wearing a brown hooded jacket, black pants and he carried a brown messenger bag.
