WANTED: Forcible Touching (Brooklyn)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching that occurred within the 84th Precinct/Transit District 32. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Monday, November 6, 2017, at approximately 7:10 a.m. a 16-year-old female victim was on board the northbound “D” train between 36th Street and Atlantic Avenue, when an unidentified male grabbed the victim’s buttocks. The victim took a picture with her cellphone before the individual exited the “D” train at the Atlantic Avenue train station. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident. 

 Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following individual is wanted for questioning with regards to the above incident:

  • Pena, Ruben,
  • 60-year-old male

 He is described as:

  • A male Hispanic
  • 5’7″, 230lbs, with salt and pepper hair, salt and pepper mustache.
  • A three tear drops tattoo below his left eye, last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and a dark winter jacket.
