The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the photographs in connection to a criminal mischief incident that occurred within the confines of the 42 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. an unknown individual entered 1665 Vyse Avenue and attempted to break into the postal mailboxes inside the lobby using a screwdriver and a hammer. The individual caused considerable damage to the mailboxes and then fled the location.
The individual is described as:
- Male Black, approximately in his 20s, with a slim build, dark complexion.
- Last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and black shoes.
