The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video in regards to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 70 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Friday, October 27, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. the victim, a 65-year old male was exiting his apartment located in the vicinity of East 19 Street and Ocean Avenue, when the individuals approached him in the lobby and struck him in the head with a firearm. The individuals did remove his gold chain from his neck and approximately $3,500 in cash. The individuals fled the location to parts unknown and the victim was taken to Kings County hospital for swelling and lacerations to the face.
- Male, black, 20-years of age, dark complexion, brown eyes, black braided hair, 5’5″, 150 lbs.
- Riding a bike and wearing a black jacket, black jeans and black sneakers.
- Male, black, 5’5″, 20-years of age, 150lbs., dark complexion.
Last seen wearing:
- A black jacket, black sneakers, and black pants.
