WANTED: Robbery (Brooklyn)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video and photograph in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 76 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Monday October 9, 2017, at approximately 10:45 a.m. the individual followed the 38 year-old female victim to the Carroll Street “G” subway station, punched her in the face numerous times, took her handbag and shoved her down the stairs. The individual fled southbound on Second Street. Among the items inside her bag were her cell phone, $150 in cash and credit cards. The victim suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene by EMS.

  •  The individual is described as a male black, 16 to 20 years old, 5’10”, with eyeglasses; last seen wearing a white shirt, gray sweatpants and white sneakers.
