WANTED: Police Impersonation Robbery (Bronx)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals depicted in the attached video wanted for questioning in connection to a police impersonation robbery that occurred within the confines of the 48th Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at approximately 11:15 p.m. in the vicinity of Park Avenue and East 186th Street, two unidentified individuals entered a residence at this location, displayed a firearm and stated they were police officers. The individuals demanded the property of the two victims, a 28-year-old female and 32-year-old male. The individuals removed personal electronic devices with an estimated value of $1230. The suspects fled the location on foot along Park Avenue, towards East 187th Street. None of the victims were injured as a result this incident.                                                                                                                                                  

  •  Suspect #1 is described as a male Black, in his twenties, last seen wearing a black hat and all black clothing.
  •  Suspect #2 is described as a male Black, in his twenties, last seen wearing a black hat, orange short-sleeve T-shirt, tan shorts and blue sneakers.
