The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to a grand larceny within the confines of the 121 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It has been reported to police that on Tuesday, September 05, 2017 at approximately 1:30 p.m. inside of the Staten Island Mall located at 2655 Richmond Avenue, a 33 year old female discovered that her wallet was missing from her purse. Pursuant to an investigation, it was discovered that an unidentified individual was captured on surveillance photo using the victims debit card at a nearby location. The contents of the wallet and money withdrawn from the debit card totaled $461.00 USC.
- The suspect is described as a male Hispanic 20-30 years old, last seen wearing a tan baseball cap, white V-neck T-shirt and black pants.
