WANTED: Forcible Touching Pattern (Manhattan)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male seen in the attached video wanted in connection with two incidents of forcible touching within the confines of 19th pct. Details are as follows:

 Incident #1:

It was reported to police that on Sunday, September 03, 2017 at 7:45 a.m. a 58-year-old female victim was walking in the vicinity of 86th Street and 3rd Avenue when the unidentified male grabbed the victim’s buttocks and fled in an unknown direction.

  Incident #2:

It was reported to police that on Sunday, September 03, 2017 at 8:10 a.m. a 35-year-old female victim was walking in the vicinity of 93rd Street and 1st Avenue when the unidentified male grabbed the victim’s buttocks and fled in an unknown direction. 

 The individual is described as a:

  •  Male Black, approximately in his twenties, 5’6″ and approximately 160lbs.

He was last seen wearing a:

  •  Gray hooded sweat jacket, red pants and gray sneakers.
