The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video and photo in regards to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 103 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 3:15 p.m. the victim, an 84-year old male was in front of 166-25A Jamaica Avenue, when the individual did push him to the ground breaking his arm. The individual fled southbound on 168 Street, and the victim was taken to Jamaica hospital for his injury.
The individual is a:
- Male, black, 35-years of age, dark complexion, 33-years of age, black hair, 5’9″, 160 lbs.,
Last seen wearing:
- A black jacket, white sneakers and dark colored pants.
