WANTED: Robbery Pattern (Brooklyn)

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo and in regards to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 71 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to the police that on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. the individual entered the 7 Eleven located at 146 Empire Boulevard, assimilated a firearm, approached the 20-year old female employee and demanded money. The employee complied and the individual fled the location with an undetermined amount of cash, candy and a pack of cigarettes. There were no reported injuries during the incident.

 The individual is a:

  •  Male, black, approximately 65-70 years of age, medium complexion, last seen wearing black glasses, a black Du-rag, gray sweater and dark colored shoes.

 This RMA has become a Brooklyn Robbery Pattern (71 and 84 Pcts)

 It was reported to the police that on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. the individual entered the Subway restaurant located at 66 Court Street, displayed a knife and demanded money from the cashier. The cashier complied and the fled with an undetermined amount of cash to parts unknown.   There were no reported injuries during the incident.

 The individual is a male, black, approximately 65-70 years of age, medium complexion, and last seen wearing black glasses, a turquoise Du-rag under a beige skull cap, red and gray sweater, dark blue jeans, dark colored shoes and carrying a large black book bag with a cane hanging from it.
