WANTED: Attempted Kidnaping (Brooklyn)

 Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following suspects have been arrested and charged in regards to this incident:

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the occupants of the vehicle depicted in the attached photographs in connection to an attempted kidnapping that occurred within the confines of the 72 Precinct Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Friday September 22, 2017, at approximately 2:40 p.m. in front of 370 19th Street, a 15 year old female victim was approached by two unidentified individuals (a male and a female)  in a black vehicle. The unidentified female engaged the victim in a conversation, and the unidentified male (driver) exited the vehicle and grabbed the victim’s arm in an attempt to pull her into the vehicle. The victim was able to break free and fled the location.

Pursuant to the investigation, the description of the vehicle being sought has been updated as follows:

 BMW SUV, gray in color, with NY Plates

 The individuals described as follows:

  •  Individual# 1: Female Asian, 30 to 40 years old, 5″.4″, 140lbs. with short dark hair, and had tattoo of a bow on her back.
  •  Individual # 2: Male white, 35 to 45 years old, approximately 5′.7″, 180 to 200 lbs., with heavy accent.
