WANTED: Robbery (Manhattan)

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to a robbery within the confines of the 6th Precinct.  Details are as follows:

 It has been reported to police that on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at approximately 7:30 p.m. the individual approached the 74 year-old male victim as he was entering the vestibule of his residential apartment building on Horatio Street between Greenwich Street and Washington Street.  The individual proceeded to punch the victim multiple times in the face and removed his wallet which contained approximately $400 in cash and multiple credit cards. EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where he is currently in stable condition.  The individual is described as follows:

  •  Male, black, approximately 5’10”, in his 40’s.
