The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in regards to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 75 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 10:40 p.m. the individual was operating a 1999 green Honda SUV, in the vicinity of 713 Atkins Avenue, when he drove over the foot of the 20 year-old male victim. The individual left the location, but returned and engaged in a dispute with the victim which turned physical. The individual displayed a firearm and shot the victim twice in his left leg. The individual fled the location in an unknown direction and the victim was transported to Brookdale hospital by EMS for his injuries.
The individual is a:
- Male, approximately 25-29 years of age, last seen wearing a red hat, white shirt, dark colored pants and light colored shoes.
