The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video/photograph wanted for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 49th Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Tuesday August 08, 2017, at approximately 10:54 a.m. in front of 2552 Cruger Avenue, a 28-year-old male victim was shot three times by an unidentified individual. The victim suffered injuries to his legs, chest and buttocks and was removed to Jacobi hospital in stable condition. The individual fled on foot to parts unknown.
The individual is described as a:
- Male Hispanic, approximately 30-40 years of age.
