WANTED: Sexual Abuse (Manhattan)

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached photo regarding a sexual abuse incident that occurred within the confines of the Midtown Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 9:10 a.m. inside the subway station located at 7 Avenue & West 42 Street, while on board the #3 express train traveling towards the 42 street station, an unknown individual approached a 28-year-old female victim from behind and began rubbing her backside. The victim exited the train and took a picture of the unknown individual. There are no reported injuries in this incident.

 The unknown male is described as a:

  •  Male black, 5’10” tall, weighing 220 lbs., with brown eyes, a goatee and black hair in braids. He was last seen wearing a blue short sleeve shirt, khaki jeans and black sneakers.
