The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male who is seen in the attached surveillance photo and is sought in connection with a robbery within the confines of the 23rd Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. inside the lobby of 80 East 110th Street, the victim, a 19-year-old male, was approached by an unidentified male who asked him if he had any “weed.” The victim stated that he did not have any “weed.” The unidentified male then slashed the victim with a cutting instrument, removed his wallet and $400 and fled on foot. The victim suffered lacerations to his left cheek and right arm. He was transported by EMS to Harlem Hospital in stable condition.
