The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male who is seen in the attached surveillance photo and video and is sought in connection with a forcible touching in Transit within the confines of the Midtown South Precinct/ Transit District 2. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. inside of a corridor at Penn Station, the victim, a 26-year-old female, was approached by an unidentified male who grabbed her groin area. The unidentified male fled the incident location. The victim, who was not injured, proceeded to a service booth and reported the incident to police.
- The unidentified male is black. He was wearing a book-bag, a dark brown jacket and white sneakers.
A surveillance photo and video are attached and available, they show the unidentified male in the vicinity of the incident location shortly after the incident.
