The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video/photograph in regards to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 114 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Monday, July 10, 2017, at 2:21 p.m. a 72-year-old male victim was approached from behind by an unidentified individual, in front of 37-10 Broadway, where the individual pushed the victim to the ground, then forcibly removed the victim’s wallet before fleeing to unknown direction. The victim suffered injuries to his face and knees and was removed to Astoria General Hospital for treatment.
The unidentified individual is described as a:
- Male black, approximately 6′.0″, 180lbs. 25 to 30 years old, and was last seen wearing a white shirt with blue sleeves, tan pants, and blue and white sneakers.
