WANTED: Forcible Touching (Queens)

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to a forcible touching within the confines of the 108 Precinct/Transit District 20.  Details are as follows:

 It has been reported to police that on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at approximately 9:00 a.m. the individual approached the 32 year-old female victim, as she ascended the stairway leading to the 40 Street “7” train subway station, and grabbed her buttocks and thighs.  The individual then fled onto the tracks to parts unknown.  He is described as follows:

  • Male, Hispanic, approximately 25 years-old, approximately 5’4″, approximately 145lbs.
  • He was last seen wearing black pants, a white t-shirt, and black shoes.
