The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual in the attached picture and video wanted for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Saturday, July 1st, 2017 at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the vicinity of East 194th Street and Marion Avenue, a 73-year-old female victim fell to the ground and broke her leg during a physical altercation between an unidentified individual and the victim’s 36-year-old son. The victim was removed to St. Barnabas hospital in stable condition. The individual fled the scene on foot to parts unknown.
- Male Hispanic, heavy set, last seen wearing dark hat, white T-shirt, red shorts and sneakers.
