The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the individuals in the attached video and photographs, who are wanted in connection to several robberies that occurred within the confines of the 49 Precincts. Details are as follows:
Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Saturday May 6, 2017, at approximately 3:32 p.m. inside of a residential building in the vicinity of Mace Avenue and Cruger Avenue, the individual approached the 37 year-old male victim from behind, placed a hard object to his back and told him he had a knife; the individual then demanded the victim’s property. The victim refused and fought off the individual. The individual then fled the location, empty-handed, in an unknown direction.
Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Saturday May 27, 2017, at approximately 1:20 a.m. inside of a residential building in the vicinity of Mace Avenue and Cruger Avenue, the individual approached the 18 year-old male victim, displayed a knife and demanded money. When the victim told him he didn’t have any money, the individual went through the victim’s pockets and removed his cell phone and wallet. The individual then forced the victim to a nearby Chase Bank and attempted to withdraw money from the victim’s account but was unsuccessful. The individual then fled the location in an unknown direction.
The individual is described as a:
- Male, black, 25 to 30 years old, 5’8″ to 5’9″, 150 to 170lbs; last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, black sweatpants and black sneakers.
