WANTED: Assault (Manhattan)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photographs wanted for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 5th Precinct. Details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at approximately 6:00 p.m. at the corner of White Street and Broadway, an unidentified individual put his hand on a 84-year-old female victim’s face, pushed her, causing her to fall backwards and hit her head on the ground. The victim sustained a laceration to the back of her head and was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition. The individual fled the location northbound on Broadway on foot to parts unknown.

The individual is described as:

  •  Male possibly White or Hispanic, last seen wearing a green tank-top, black pants and white sneakers.
