The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the individual depicted in the attached video/photograph wanted in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct/Transit District 12. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 11:25 a.m. at the east 167th Street subway station on the #4 line mezzanine area, a 39 year-old male victim was struck in the head with a blunt object by an unidentified individual after a verbal dispute. The individual fled to parts unknown and the victim was removed to Lincoln Hospital for where he listed in stable condition.
The unidentified individual is described as a:
- Male Black Hispanic, approximately forty years old, 5’10”, 225lbs, last seen wearing a black waist length jacket, and black pants.
