The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual regarding an assault that occurred within the confines of the 103 Precinct. The details are as follows:
On Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 12:15 a.m. inside a social club located at 195-39 Jamaica Avenue, the victim, a 29-year-old male, was involved in a verbal dispute with an unknown individual, when the individual displayed a silver firearm and shot the victim three times before fleeing southbound on 196 Street. EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to Jamaica Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
The individual is described as follows:
- Male, black, 5’8″ tall, weighing 180 lbs., brown eyes and short black hair.
- He was last seen wearing blue jeans, white sneakers and red t-shirt.
