WANTED: Robbery (Bronx)

 

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individuals depicted in the attached surveillance video in regards to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 46 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to the police that on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at approximately 12:30 p.m. two individuals entered the vestibule of 2396 Morris Avenue and waited for the victim, a 51-year-old male, to open the entrance door. The individuals then followed the victim into the lobby where they threw him to ground and began punching and kicking him. The individuals removed the victim’s gym bag and fled the scene. The victim sustained injuries to his face and was treated and released at St. Barnabas Hospital.

  •  Individual #1 is described as male Hispanic, approximately 25-years-old, 5’10” tall, 190 pounds, with a dark complexion, black hair, a beard, and last seen wearing a black Mercedes Benz baseball hat, a black hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants.
  •  Individual #2 is described as male Hispanic, approximately 25-years-old, 5’10” tall, 180 pounds, with a light complexion, close cut hair, and last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants.
