WANTED: Public Lewdness (Manhattan)

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photographs wanted for questioning in connection for a public lewdness that occurred within the confines of the 14th Precinct. Details are as follows:

It was reported to the police that on Sunday, April 30, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. a 30-year-old female victim was aboard a Northbound “E” train as it was leaving 42 Street and 8th Avenue subway station when an unidentified individual sat next to her and began to manipulate his penis. The victim moved away from the individual and was able to take a photograph as she exited the train at the Jackson Avenue subway station.

  •  He is described as a male, 30 to 40 years old, 5′.8″, 170 lbs. and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, and black shorts.
