WANTED: Forcible Touching Pattern (Brooklyn)

 

The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the individual in the attached video and photograph, who is wanted in connection to several forcible touching incidents that occurred within the confines of the 61 Precinct. Details are as follows:

Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Sunday December 4, 2016, at approximately 4:00 hours, aboard a southbound “Q” train at the Avenue U train station, the individual grabbed the 27 year-old female victim’s buttocks and fled the train when it arrived at the West 8 Street station. 

 Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Wednesday February 1, 2017, at approximately 9:35 p.m. inside of the Avenue U “Q” subway station,  the individual grabbed the 36 year-old female victim’s buttocks as she walked up the stairs to northbound platform. The individual fled the westbound on Avenue U.

Incident #3: It was reported to police that on Saturday January 14, 2017, at approximately 4:20 p.m. inside of the Avenue U “Q” subway station,  the individual grabbed the 31 year-old female victim’s buttocks while she waited for the train on the northbound platform. The individual fled the station in an unknown direction.

Incident #4: It was reported to police that on Monday February 13, 2017, at approximately 8:30 p.m. on the northbound platform of the Avenue U “Q” subway station,  the individual approached the 29 year-old female victim from behind, shoved her against the wall and fondled her. When the train entered the station, the individual released her and fled the station.

Incident #5: It was reported to police that on Monday May 15, 2017, at approximately 7:00 p.m. inside of the Avenue U “Q” subway station,  the individual grabbed the 27 year-old female victim’s buttocks as she walked up the stairs to northbound platform. The individual fled the station in an unknown direction.

The individual is described as a:

  •  Male, Hispanic, approximately 25 years old, 6’0″.

Last seen wearing a:

  •  Black baseball cap, a black jacket, a dark colored shirt, grey and black sweatpants and he carried a duffel bag with red straps.
