WANTED: Homicide (Brooklyn)

  The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the individual identified below in connection with a homicide within the confines of the 60th Precinct:

  • Genao, Gabino
  • 30-year-old Hispanic male
  • 6’0″ tall and weighs 200 lbs.

 A police booking photo of Gabino Genao is attached. It is from a November 5, 2016 arrest for criminal contempt in the confines of the 20 Precinct.

On Friday, May 26, 2017 at 2314 hours, police responded to a call of a person shot in front of 3708 West 36th Street within the confines of the 60 Precinct.  Upon arrival, officers an observed a 30-year-old female with a gunshot wound to the head unconscious and unresponsive. EMS responded and pronounced the victim DOA at the scene. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.

  • Alvarado-Genao, Ivelisse
  • 30-year-old female
  • Brooklyn, NY
