WANTED: Forcible Touching (Brooklyn)


The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male seen in the attached photo and video wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching incident in transit within the confines of Transit District 33/90th Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to the police that on Friday, April 14, 2017 at 8:20 a.m. between the Bushwick Avenue subway station and the Grand Street subway station aboard the northbound “L” train, the individual rubbed his groin against the victim, a 29-year old female buttocks. When the train arrived at the Lorimer subway station, the individual exited the station to parts unknown.

 The individual is a:

  •  Male, Hispanic, 30-years of age, 5’3″-5’6″, 150 lbs., tan complexion, black hair, black mustache.

Last seen wearing a:

  •  Red baseball cap, green shirt, black jacket, dark blue jeans and black sneakers.
