The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo and video in regards to a burglary that occurred within the confines of the 9th Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. the individual entered the rear of a residential building located within the vicinity of East 4 Street and Avenue C reached into an open window of one of the apartments and removed a plumber’s snake worth approximately $60.00. The individual fled the location in an unknown direction.
The individual is a:
- Male, Hispanic, light complexion, 5’5″, brown eyes, black hair, last seen wearing blue jeans, blue sneakers, and a black coat.
