WANTED: Robbery (Queens)

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in regards to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 115 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to the police that on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.  the victim, a 22-year-old taxi driver picked up individual #1 at the corner of Queens Boulevard and 71 Street and was instructed to go to 31-30 101 Street, where individual #2 entered the taxi.  Individual #2 displayed a knife, pressed it against the victim’s abdomen and demanded money. The victim complied and the individuals exited the taxi and fled southbound towards 101 Street.

Individual 1:

  • Male, Black, approximately 17-20 years of age, 5’8-5’10” dark complexion. 
  • Last seen wearing black jeans, black jacket, black sneakers.

 Individual 2:

  • Male, Black, approximately 17-20 years of age, 5’8-5’10”, dark complexion.
  • Last seen wearing black sneakers, black jeans, black jacket.
