WANTED: Robbery (Brooklyn)

 

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of an unidentified male seen in the attached still photo and video wanted in connection with a robbery within the confines of the 78th Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Monday, February 27, 2017 at approximately 12:00 p.m. at an apartment building in the vicinity of Seventh Ave and Garfield Place, an unidentified male Black in his 40’s displayed a screwdriver and forcibly entered the victim’s apartment through the front door. Once inside, the individual removed $800 and assorted jewelry before fleeing towards Seventh Ave. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

 The wanted individual is described as:

  • Male Black, 5’10” tall, stocky build, 220lbs
  • Last seen wearing a gray wool cap with black Yankee logo, dark blue long sleeve jacket, dark pants and black shoes.
