WANTED: Robbery (Bronx)

 

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video in regards to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 44 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to the police that on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 9:58  the individual entered the Zubaidi grocery store located at 288 East 174 Street, displayed a silver firearm, went behind the counter  and demanded money from the 45-year old male employee. The employee complied and the individual fled the location with another individual who appeared to be a lookout. There were no reported injuries during the incident.

  •  Individual 1: male, Black, approximately 18-25 years of age, 5’8″ 160 lbs., last seen wearing dark pants, waist length coat, red and black sneakers.
  •  Individual 2: male, Hispanic, light complexion, approximately 18-25 years of age, 5’8″, 160 lbs., last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a red bandana over his face.
