WANTED: Robbery (Bronx)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video and photograph in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 42 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Saturday February 18, 2017, at approximately 1:15 a.m. in front of 1711 Hoe Avenue, the individual approached the 34 year-old male victim from behind, punched him in the head numerous times and slammed him down to the ground. The individual then removed the victim’s cell phone and approximately $150 in cash from his pants’ pocket. The individual fled the location in an unknown direction.

 The individual is described as a:

  •  Male black; last seen wearing a light colored jacket, blue jeans and red and black sneakers.
