The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following four male individuals in connection to a gang assault and another male person of interest wanted for questioning in regards to a robbery within the confines of the 70 Precinct. Details are as follows:

It has been reported to police that on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at approximately 7:30 p.m. two of the four individuals were inside Texas Chicken and Burgers, located at 521 Ocean Avenue. While inside, the individuals engaged in a verbal dispute with the 37 year-old male victim after the victim offered to help them pay for their meal. The dispute escalated to the point where the individuals attacked the victim, striking him with their fists and with his cane.  Upon attempting to defend himself, the individuals, along with two others who enter the location, begin to further attack the victim by punching him, kicking him in his head and body, and striking him with his cane.  After those who assaulted him fled, another male enters and appears to remove the victim’s property. EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where he received treatment for broken bones, contusions, and lacerations.
