WANTED: Forcible Touching (Manhattan)

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in regards to a forcible touching that occurred within the confines of the 1 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to the police that on Friday, February 17, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. the victim, a 38-year-old female was inside the Whitehall Street and South Street subway station waiting on line at the token booth, when the individual standing behind her grabbed her buttocks. The victim turned around to confront the individual. Before the individual fled towards the southbound “R” platform, the victim took a photo of him on her cellphone.

 The individual was a:

  •  Male, light complexion, approximately 75-years of age, last seen wearing a black hat and black coat.
