WANTED: Forcible Touching (Bronx)


The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video in connection to a case of forcible touching that occurred within the confines of the 49 pct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Wednesday March 01, 2017, at approximately 1:15 a.m. in the v/o Olinville Avenue and Mace Avenue, the victim was walking home when an unidentified male did approach from behind and did place his hand on the victim’s buttocks. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.

 The person of interest is described as a:

  • Male black or Hispanic who is approximately 17-21 yrs old, 5’9″ tall and 150 lbs.
  • Last seen wearing a hooded jogging jacket with light colored stripes down the arms, dark pants an dark shoes.
