The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo and video regarding an attempted robbery that occurred within the confines of the 115 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on a Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 7:20 p.m inside the CVS Pharmacy located at 72-09 Northern Boulevard, an unknown male entered the location, walked up to the service counter and passed a note stating “Give me the Oxycodone and no gets hurt.” The store employee refused the individual, who then picked up the note and fled the store in an unknown direction. There were no injuries reported in this incident and nothing was taken or removed.
The individual is described an:
- Adult male Hispanic, 30-yrs-old, approximately 5’11” tall with a light complexion.
- He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, a black skull cap and grey sneakers.
