WANTED: Attempted Rape (Brooklyn)


The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to an attempted rape within the confines of the 83 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It has been reported to police that on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at approximately 6:45 a.m. the individual entered the 30 year-old female victim’s apartment, located on Greene Avenue, through an open window via the fire escape.  The individual proceeded to stand over the victim and expose himself, then tried to enter the bed with her.  The victim resisted and individual fled through the apartment door to parts unknown. The victim was not injured during the incident.  The individual is described as follows:

  •  Male, Hispanic, brown eyes, black hair, 18 to 22 years-old, 5’7″ to 5’9″, 120lbs to 140lbs. 

He was last seen wearing:

  •  Dark jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.
