The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to an assault within the confines of the 79 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It has been reported to police that on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at approximately 5:00 a.m. the individual approached Victim #1, a 34 year-old male, while inside Crown Fried Chicken, located at 1147 Fulton Street. The individual proceeded to display a cutting instrument, which he used to slash Victim #1 on the left side of his face while uttering anti-gay slurs. The individual then proceeded to stab Victim #2, a 24 year-old male, in his right torso and slashed him in his right shoulder while in front of the location while also uttering anti-gay slurs. Victim #1 received treatment at Kings County Hospital for the laceration to his face. Victim #2 received treatment at Methodist Hospital for two stab wounds to his torso as well as the laceration to his shoulder. Both victims were treated and released. The individual is described as follows:
- Male, black, 20 to 26 years-old, approximately 150 lbs.
