WANTED: Assault (Bronx)

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photos in regards to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 45th Precinct. Details are as follows:

It was reported to the police that on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 1:14 p.m. between the Westchester Avenue and Pelham Bay Park subway station the victim, a 58-year-old male was stabbed multiple times with an unknown object  by the individual aboard a southbound “6” train. The victim was taken to Jacobi hospital for non-life threatening injuries and the individual fled the subway station to parts unknown.

The individual is a:

  • Male, Black approximately 25-years of age, 5’9″, dark complexion.
  • Last seen wearing red jeans, dark colored hooded coat and brown boots.
