The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photos in regards to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 52 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that Monday, March 6, 2017 at approximately 1:26 p.m. at the intersection of Briggs Avenue and East 196 Street, the unidentified male did strike the 88-year-old male victim about the face in an unprovoked incident. The unknown male then fled the location on foot. NO property was removed from the victim and the victim refused medical attention at the scene.
The individual is a:
- Male Hispanic, 15-20 years old, medium complexion, with brown eyes and black hair,
- Last seen wearing a dark blue jacket, a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black and white sneakers.
