WANTED: Robbery (Brooklyn)

 

The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the individual in the attached photograph, who is wanted in connection to several robberies that occurred within the confines of the 79 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Friday January 27, 2017, at approximately 5:00 p.m. inside of a residence in the vicinity Throop Avenue and Hopkins Street, the two individuals pushed their way inside the 33 year-old female victim’s apartment after she buzzed the building’s main door open. Once inside, the individuals punched the victim and knocked her down to the floor. One of the individuals then displayed a knife and demanded her property. The individuals fled the location with approximately $2,600 in cash and jewelry. 

 Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Monday February 6, 2017, at approximately 2:40 a.m. inside of a residence in the vicinity Throop Avenue and Hopkins Street, one of the individuals (an acquaintance of the victim) opened the 33 year-old female victim’s apartment door and allowed the two other individuals to enter. Once inside, two of the individuals punched the victim and demanded her property. The individuals took approximately $3,000 in cash, a credit card and her cellphone; they fled in an unknown direction. Later that morning they used the victim’s credit card to withdraw approximately $300 from an ATM located inside of 214 Central Avenue (Sam’s Deli and Grocery).

 The first individual (pictured) is described as a male Hispanic, 20 to 30 years old; last seen wearing a dark colored baseball cap, a blue hooded sweater with a graphic on its chest, dark colored pants and red and black sneakers.

 The second individual is described as a:

  • Male Hispanic, 20 to 30 years old; last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater.

 The third individual is described as a:

  • Dark skinned male Hispanic, 20 to 30 years old.
